GET ON THE DIAL

Run a venue, shop, brewery, gallery, church, or space in the High Country? Put your events on the air. left917 is where people around here go to find out what's actually happening this week, and it's free to be on it.

Not another feed to feed. We approve you once, pull your events in, and from then on your calendar keeps itself current. You never have to post the same event in five places again.

Put your events on your own site

Pick your venue, your county, or a topic, copy one line of code, and you've got a live listing that updates itself. Always matches what's on the dial. No upkeep, no cost.

Not a venue? Send a flyer anyway

Snap a poster, put it on the dial

Stapled to a pole on King Street. Taped up inside the coffee shop. Handed to you at a show. If it's happening around here and it isn't on left917 yet, take a picture of it and send it over. We read the poster, put the event up, and the flyer goes up with it.

No account, nothing to fill out. The photo is enough.

Two ways on

Already keep a calendar? Google, Apple, Squarespace, Wix, Eventbrite, WordPress, whatever you use. Paste its link below and your events sync here on their own.

No calendar, or not sure which link? Paste your events page or your website and we'll track down the feed and wire it up. Still nothing? We'll set you up to post events by hand from your phone.

Paste whichever you have. A subscribe / export feed (usually ends in .ics or contains ical) syncs fastest, but your plain events-page link works too. Where to find the feed:

  • Wix · Squarespace · Eventbrite: no feed needed. Just paste your public events page URL and we pull the events in for you.
  • WordPress / The Events Calendar: open your public calendar page and add ?ical=1 to the end (e.g. yoursite.org/events/?ical=1), or use its Export → iCal button.
  • Google Calendar: Settings → your calendar → Integrate calendar → copy the Public address in iCal format.
  • Apple / iCloud: share the calendar as Public, then copy that link.

Not sure which link is right? Paste whatever page shows your events and we'll figure out the rest.
